  1. Do DSE products have a warranty?

    Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures, LLC warrants their manufactured products only, to be free from defects in workmanship for one year, provided that it was purchased from an authorized Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures retailer or directly from Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures, LLC.  Accessories such as Terminal Rings, Terminal Cups, Installation Hardware and Installation Cables are not covered by the lifetime warranty.  An original receipt is required for proof of original ownership and must accompany the return of the enclosure. All purchases from our website are non refundable.

    This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of this product in its original installation.

    Original purchaser must reside within the United States and be able to provide proof of purchase with the sales receipt from the Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures authorized retailer or directly from Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures, LLC in order to qualify for warranty coverage. Please read below for detailed instructions on how to obtain warranty service.

    Should a manufacturing defect occur on the product, Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures, LLC will repair or replace the defective product with a product of the same or equivalent value and performance. Accessories such as Terminal Rings, Terminal Cups, Installation Hardware and Installation cables which are not covered by the lifetime warranty will not be replaced or repaired. Whether or not a product is repaired or replaced is the sole discretion of Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures, LLC.

    Damage or failure caused by any of the following is not covered under our warranty policy: negligence, improper use, abuse, product modification, unauthorized repair attempts, improper installation, accidents, acts of nature, water damage, moisture damage, misrepresentations by authorized  retailers, and improper/inadequate packaging during return shipping.

  2. What if I need to return my order?

    An original receipt is required for proof of original ownership and must accompany the return of the enclosure. All purchases from our website are non refundable.

    1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Dynamic Subwoofer Enclosures prior to the return of any merchandise sold on our website. Products returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

    2. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days only and can be obtained by calling 480.677.0545 (Mon.-Fri. 9am-4pm(MST)) or by contacting the Store Owner at j.mosqueda@dynamicsubwooferenclosures.com

    3. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.

  3. What if I dont have my original sales receipt/invoice?
    If you lost your original sales receipt, you can simply log-in to your account on our website and obtain a copy from your order history, or you can simply let us know when you call to obtain your RMA number. Our friendly staff will look up your sales receipt and match your RMA number to your receipt. Verification may be required for security purposes.
