All orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. and will be charged according to our flat rate shipping table found below. We have implemented this feature because most of our products are large in size and are subject to "Dimensional Weight" prices which can incurr shipping charges of up to $200. Therefore, in order to gain your business and keep pricing to a minimum, we automatically cover any shipping costs over the flat rates displayed below. ( Dimensional weight takes into account the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight. )

- When will I receive my order?
Orders are received and fulfilled Monday thru Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM Arizona (MST) time.
Orders will be shipped out within two business days of receipt. Out of stock order will be shipped approximately five days from receipt.
Orders shipped should be received within five days of shipping date. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground® and typically take from 2-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our inventory facility. All orders will be charged according to our one-price shipping & handling rate of $65.00 per subwoofer enclosure. UPS® Home deliveries are attempted Monday through Friday (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays). Deliveries to business addresses are also attempted Monday through Friday (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays).

- Can I receive my order sooner?
No, we apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the high shipping rates already associated with our products which fall subject to "Dimensional Weight" rates, expedited shipping would be outrageous and would most likely exceed the cost of an enclosure. Therefore, in order to gain your business we automatically cover any shipping costs over our $65.00 flate rate. Dimensional weight takes into account the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight.
